over a month and seller still has not refunded my money for a bad motor that was under warranty

I tried over and over to contact Ebay so they will straighten out this problem. The last contact I had with the seller, they said they would refund my money but they wanted my email address. Ebay does not allow you to send the email address. This has been going on for close to 2 months.

How do I contact  a real person to help. Other websites are much better at handling any problem such as this. 

JAMIE IANNONE CEO EBAY has to be made aware of how the competition makes buying much easier.

I have  scrolled down every page I could and still have not found a phone number. Can anyone please help me.

Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is only for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens.  Work through the questions.  At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option.

If your question does not pertain to your personal account, you can ask your question here.  Lots of experienced buyers and sellers volunteer their time to help members.

 

Is the item you received Not as Described?  If so, then you file a Returns Request with the
reason Not as Described.  You have up to 30 days after receipt of the item. Go to My ebay >
Purchase history > RETURN THIS ITEM.  The seller will provide a prepaid shipping label. 
You print the label, affix it to the package and take it to the post office.  Make sure the clerk
scans the label.  Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller has 2 days
to refund you.  If no refund, you go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force
the refund.

Ebay customer service is superior on those sites. I use Twitter with great success.

click on the 'help & contact’ button located at the top and bottom of ebay pages to chat or receive a call back.

 

depending on how busy they are will depend on length of time for your call back.

You needed to file the Return Request within 30 days from date of delivery. If you did file, and the seller was not cooperative, you could have had Ebay step in to help you. Now it's too late.

 

Paypal allows disputes to be filed for up to 180 days past date of purchase.

 

Ebay sellers cannot issue warranties on items. Warranties are issued by the manufacturer. Have you contacted the manufacturer?
