no response from seller

I don’t order much on ebay but recently ordered some pampered chef bowls. Seller accepted offer. Has not shipped yet. Messaged seller twice with no response. As I did more research it is supposedly coming from Thailand. If i had known that i wouldn’t have ordered.  Anyways how do i go about this. They do not accept returns and I have until June 20th before i can file complaint.

WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request due to item not received.
