Hello. I bought AirPods, but one earbud doesn’t work.

The seller first offered a $30 refund — I declined. Then he offered a full refund only if I return the item, but I cannot return the item due to shipping issues.

Now I asked for a $40 partial refund, and he said:

“Cancel the return request and choose another option.”

But there is no other option available, and I’m afraid if I cancel the request, I’ll lose the case and get nothing.

What should I do?

Keep the Return Request open. If the seller does not provide a return shipping labe or a full refund you can ask Ebay to step in to help you. 

1. Find the item in your Purchases.
2. Select  See return details 
3. Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
4. Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.

The seller offered a full refund with a free return label, but I received the item via a third-party forwarder (from another country), so I cannot use the return label.
