my store is below standard due to defect rate- what can I do? suspend store operations for month?

my store performance level is below standard due to defect rate!   Don't know what I should do immediately except suspend my store selling operations for a month or two.   What do you advise?

Suspending your store operations will just make things worse as the defects are based on a percentage. So what you want to do is increase the number of items you're selling to improve your percentage.
