When I have someone that does not pay, I put they are a non payer in the feedback. Ebay always removes it. I feel people have the right to know when people don't pay. Why is it removed

Ebay Sellers Fees. Sell Price + S&H + Taxes paid. All grouped together to be Fee'd by Ebay.
