I just loged into my summary page and see that I have hundreds of transactions visable up to three or four years old that were HIDDEN unti now. And the problem exists on two other machines, so this isn't a cookie or cache probem on my end. This happened last year a couple of times too.
It's a real pain to have to hide these, one at a time, AGAIN.
Is there a reason that no one bothers to actually BETA test menu and account changes BEFORE they turn them loose?
Stop trying to justify your job and leave stuff alone unless it is actually broken.
Speaking of which, the searches are getting worse and worse. Exclusions are being ignored, etc. Your once excellent search engine is starting to behave like the next to useless "marketing engine" on Amazon.
