I have contacted them via the eBay platform. The only response I got in the first few weeks was that they would check their shipper. Now it is silent, even after numerous requests to just ship the 700-dollar item to me. When I go to their main seller page with excellent feedback and shows they have been in business on eBay since 2013, they have nothing more for sale. EBay has noted next to the item I purchased via Paypal (of course) that it is not a refundable item. It doesn't land in their "prohibited" items either.
