I received a message from Ebay about a cost adjustment on my package. I put on the label 15 ounces and the package actually weighed 11.68 ounces per the email. It says overpaid adjustment is -1.43. Do I owe the postoffice an additional $1.43? They are trying to either charge my account or give me a refund. It is not really clear to me.

The - means that you overpaid and they are refunding the difference back to you.
