kaspersky & microsoft partner

Good morning
I am a Kaspersky product reseller I cannot list my products or I always receive a warning for having listed a Kaspersky product the same for Microsoft please what should I do

actually I am a Microsoft and Kaspersky reseller and I have proof but I cannot find a way to send them to the relevant eBay service

Kaspersky is banned in the United States. 

So there will be no selling it here.

I cannot resolve my problem I cannot have direct chat contact to speak with an agent and resolve my problem

Hello again
when I searched on ebay I found that the Kaspersky product is still sold on the platform so I don't believe that the product is banned
if it helps you this is my first experience of selling on ebay I would like to continue

I would like to know how I can have a direct chat with an agent to resolve the problem

I'm totally confused.

  • The link you posted above shows UK. 
  • The certificate you show here says you're in Morocco. 
  • Your ebay profile says you're registered in the US. 

Why so many different locations?

According to the message you received, they need you to verify your identity. They may also need other information. 

 

After you pass whatever vetting they need to do, it sounds like you will be allowed to relist your item.
