Hello. I had a customer contact me with a question, I responded, and that cleared the issue until the customer emailed a thank you. At that point, I had an item on my seller hub as "with question". It is the same customer. There used to be a way that I could mark the item "with question" as "replied to question" but I do not see that drop down box anymore. How can I clear the "with question" at this point?
