how to talk to agent and get rid of BOT

I am so tired of bots fighting me to get help. "they" say I can talk to an agent but waste 10 minutes of time trying to stop me from talking to someone. BOTS are a huge waste of time. Do you have any ideas how to actually get help from a human agent?
