I am trying to contact ebay with a question, but not having any luck finding direct contact info. Since ebay and PayPal separated, I am not receiving Email notifications when items are sold. I checked notifications in my account, but according to that I should receive a notification. The only notice I get is when payment is sent to my account, but that's 5 days after the sale.
Any help?

I've seen a few other complaints from sellers not receiving MP sold notifications (I've only had 1 so far, and did receive an email)
Make sure your Email format is checked to "Include graphics"
If you want to connect with an eBay agent -
Scroll down to the bottom of this >> Help page on Notifications
-click on "Contact us"
-in the Help Chat box that opens click on "See more" until you see the "Contact an agent" option,
or...type "Agent" in the reply box to bypass the bots
You should see the option to Chat with agent, or have them call you.

Seller hub shows when sales are made in the Tasks and Orders boxes and when you hover over 'Orders' upper left side of page.

Got it. I am interested in receiving notifications though as it's an "out-of-the-way" task to visit the ebay site regularly.
Thanks for posting the suggestion.
