Let me try to understand what you are trying to do.
You received an item and it is not as described, so you want to return it. You go to your My ebay > Purchase History, and select that you wish to return the item. The seller agrees and a return shipping label is provided. You click the link and the label appears for you to print it out and affix it to the package to return to the seller. In the few returns I have had, I am not asked "how" I wish to return the item. The label is printed using the same method that was used to ship to me.
