This order has been a fiasco. I returned the item because it wasn't what i wanted. I and the Seller have emailed multiple times. Ebay decided I should return the item. I did not receive a shipping label but the email said I could ship it myself. I have returned the item and I have tracking info. The packaged has arrived at the Sellers. I'm trying to add the Tracking data so I can get my refund, but I can't find where to add it. I keep trying to contact Ebay for help but it puts me in an endless loop to talk to anybody at Help and Support.
How do I find someone to talk to to add the tracking information?

After "Purchase History" I never get a drop down list. This was a guest order. Which seems to be a major issue.
