how do you open a case

getting a partial refund as the seller and I agreed to but I don't see how or where to open a case so the seller could refund their part.  The seller is not the problem by any means it was just a situation that took place with the merchandise so they shouldn't be penalized..

Go to your purchase history and click Return Item.

Select the reason for the return and continue.

The seller will have to option to send a partial refund or have it returned for a full refund.
