i have been using this new ebay letter rate. more than not it doesnt show that it was delivered or no movement at all. People are telling me they never got the item when im fairly sure they did. But with no tracking on these new labels im finding myself refunding all kinds of money. Im thinking selling on ebay is not at all profitable anymore. Then i can never find the link to start a claim which almost never gets the problem solved anyway
