i have been using this new ebay letter rate. more than not it doesnt show that it was delivered or no movement at all. People are telling me they never got the item when im fairly sure they did. But with no tracking on these new labels im finding mys...

If one of those items arrive damaged, how do you get reimbursed as that tracking number wont show up on the usps site
