how do I apply a discount on auction item after sale

I have responded to a buyer who complained of a bad electrical power supply, said it was getting hot. I have used the power supply for many years and never had that issue. However I agreed to pay half of the cost of a new power supply. However this after the auction and payout has already happened. How do I get a payment to buyer. Can I use a discount feature somehow?

You can send a manual refund.  In your list of sold items, select send refund from the pull down menu next to the item.

The refund will be charged to what you have selected as your preferred method for paying seller fees (card or bank) if yo do not have available funds in your payment account.
