help with returns

the seller want some pictures of the item to see if it is returnable Ebay makes no provision to add pictures at this point and there guide for help is wortless you can't email or ask for there help because there is nothing

that pertaines to the help I need in there dropdown list

Ebay does not require the buyer to provide pictures to the seller if the buyer files a Return Request.
