I was notified by a buyer that when viewing my feedback page, they could see the feedback, but not the item sold. I logged into eBay on another account and it just says "private listing." It just started doing that for the past month. I don't know what I did to make it like that, but I really want to change it back so that buyers can see what the items are that I sold. Anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks!

I checked one of your listings – the 2019 Silver Proof Set – and it says that it's a private listing. You have to scroll all the way to the very bottom to find the statement. I don't know how that feature would get turned on without your doing it. Have you used the "sell one like this" listing method? Maybe if you did then the private listing feature stowed away inside it.
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/listing-tips/private-listings?id=4161 is the Help page that gives you the instructions for creating a private listing. Maybe you could follow the steps but instead of setting it to On, you could set it to Off. Good luck.

Thanks! I figured it out (with help from eBay chat.) I was checking the "allow buyers to remain anonymous to other eBay users" box when I created my listings. I thought that would give people the option of remaining anonymous, but instead, it says everything is a private listing. Live and learn. Thanks for responding.
