I recently received an item that did not work from an ebay seller. I reached out to the seller for a return and they offered be $20 for an $86 item. I opened a return and the seller send me the address in what is believed to be chinese writing. I asked the seller multiple times to create a return label, but the seller is requesting me to create a label and they would reimburse me. I cannot create a label not knowing what the symbols are to even create a label. Right not the return is on the buyer to return the item. I cannot find any help on ebay and the 1-866 number keeps refering me to the website.
What can I do?
