faulty phones

We bought 3 new phones, with a 12 month warranty. They were all faulty, so we sent them back and they sent replacement phones. These were also faulty. THey said if we send them back again they will send a refund. We returned all three phones, but they will not send a refund. Is there anything we can do?

Hi @josjosp_xncn7zomq

Without filing an official return claim through eBay, like "does not match pictures or description" then the Seller is under no obligation to refund you.  I am sure they have done this before ... I mean what are the odds that one Buyer would get a total of 6 faulty phones?

Re: faulty phones

Sellers aren't responsible for the Warranty.  That would be manufacturer or mobile carrier.  If you don't have the information, reach out to your seller and see if they have it.  But the seller isn't the one that honors the warranty.
