failed to list an item

my selling limit is $2500 . this month it is 0 sales a nd 0 listing out of 25 items.when i try to list an item, it does not accept and says "you have reached your limit''. how comes that ?Surely there is some problem in e bay system.How can I solve this problem and how to contact ebay regarding this matter

You currently have $5400.00 worth of listings.

I THINK SOME MISTAKE BY EBAY .I TRIED SO MANY TIMES BUT STILL THE SAME PEPLY"you have reached your limit". 

should i understand that my listing limit is 0 with a 0$ value.

kindly suggest how can i inform/contact e bay and get my problem solved

You said your limit is $2500.00 and you have over $5400.00 listed. That means that you have almost $3000.00 over your monthly limit. Do you understand why you have no room left to list?

Go to

 

Seller Hub > Listings > Active

 

You will see 35 listings as well as the total $ of those listings.  You have no more room to list anything.
