eBay seems to be charging their sellers out of existence. Now there's an extra selling fee for what they deem high Item not as described? This is the very tactic used by buyer who want to avoid shipping costs and simply change their minds. It seems to be equal to the regular selling fees. eBay has never really stood by the sellers and that's really sad. I just may close up shop or tack these extra fees onto the buyer.

You are measured against other sellers selling the same type of items that you sell. So the assumption is that if you get a lot of not as described returns, so do your peers. If you are ranked as high not as described, you are getting more than your peers. Clothing has to be the toughest category for returns.
