Refund

i received an item that was mechanically broken they do not accept returns so it’s not letting me open a claim. how am i able to get a refund without being able to open a claim?

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED defective.  This overrides no-returns. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
