I received a notice from ebay that a buyer's transaction on an item that he purchased from me has been canceled because of an issue with the buyer's account. I received this email from ebay today. Today is 2/24/2025 and I shipped the item on 2/9/2025. I have never gotten payment from ebay for the item. How do I get my item returned from the buyer or get my payment from ebay. I should have been notified of this problem before I shipped it. Help! The "so-called" ebay assistant is no help.
