eBay to lousy to be professional and available to review issues

Hi. I bought a pair of sunglasses that were not what they were described as, so I returned the sunglasses, they were received, and I received my money back, and now the case is closed.  Yesterday the sunglasses that I had returned reappeared in my mailbox. A new label says "Return to Sender", and "Unable to Forward" ... So now what do I do? I'd prefer to return them to the Seller, but the case is closed. Do I just blindly mail it again? A waste of money if they just come back to me. Sure, I feel this is clearly an eBay question but they just hide.  The button says "Help & Contact" but it worthless and there no contact information or available times.  Completely embarrassing that it's an American company does business this way.  Does anyone have any helpful suggestions on how to properly address this issue?  Toss them in the trash?

@danh88us,

You fulfilled your obligation when you shipped the item back, using the return shipping label provided by ebay.  You get to keep the refund, and the glasses and do what you like with them.

As for using ebay's contact info, you would be better off posting questions about issues on this or the Buying board in the Community, to get answers.
