find a topic "close enough"- scroll down to the bottom of any related Help page (ie,>> Returns for sellers)
Click on the "contact us" box
The chatbox opens in the lower right - type in the word AGENT, then press Send to bypass the bots
You will then see options to chat live with an agent, or have an agent call you back.
