Packing service in Allentown PA NEEDED!

I have some car parts in Allentown PA that need to be packed/boxed and palletized and left on-site to go with an automobile and later shipped in an enclosed trailer. Is there a service provider out there that can go do this?

Is there any way to pay for shipping labels without using pending funds? They have already gone out because I did not get the notification of a sell from ebay... again. Why still have the paypal option there if you can't use it???

Fraudulent account

How do I report a fraudulent account to eBay? I almost fell for a fraudulent offer. I even sent the item but was able to call the shipping agency in time to get it back . this is very disheartening.
