Tried talking to a live person lately. Wanted to know why they changed the ability to change addresses and ship the item to an asked for address vs. one that was on the eBay order. Keeps telling me there is a problem with my order. Any help. eBay sure won't help

@chaoticmania7777. Try a different browser. You should still be able to enter a different address at checkout.
Or go to account settings > addresses and add the address before you purchase. You can have multiple ship from and to addresses, then just select the one you want to use at checkout.
If you are asking as the seller you always have to ship to the address provided at checkout

As an Ebay seller, you are required to ship to the address provided with the buyer's payment in order to keep your seller protection.

For seller protection, if a buyer asks you to ship to a different address, you need to cancel the transaction using the reason that there is a problem with the buyer's address, then relist the item so the buyer can repurchase with the correct address. Remind the buyer to check the address during checkout and change it to the one they want to use for that purchase.
