I sell jewelry so I often buy from the same sellers, and I often buy items again that I've bought in the past. Recently when accessing eBay on my phone it won't let me open any listing that I purchased before. I can click on a brand new listing and it pops right open. I ended up getting on my laptop last night and was able to complete the order to my supplier without any problems, but I just couldn't get anything to open on my phone that I had purchased in the past. Has anyone had this problem or have any idea what I should do to fix it?

What happens in the app when you open a listing you have purchased before?

It just kicks me to a more listings like this kind of thing. Won't let me access the original listing or oftentimes these listings for example rings you can get in multiple different sizes so I should still be able to go to the listing potentially choose a different size I know one of the items that I ended up ordering on my laptop last night I sent the supplier a message and she said there was three of them in stock when I try to access the listing on my phone no love and no problem on the laptop.

Are you using the "Buy Again" link from the item in your Purchases?
If the listing has ended and has been manually relisted by the seller, so that the new listing receives another item number, try checking the seller's other items to see if the new listing appears there.
You can tell which of your recently purchased items are still available by going to the Buy Again screen in the app from the My eBay menu. Item listings that have sold and ended will have a "shop similar" link to show you similar listings. Item listings that are still available will have an "add to cart" link.
One thing to check -- make sure your app does not have the "sold" filter locked or all your searches will only show you items that have sold and ended, and nothing active.
There should still be a link to the original listing available through your Purchases, though you may have to hunt for the link. The app has gone through several changes recently, and getting from Purchases to ended listings at one point required some extra steps of tapping on the item title on various screens to find the original listing.
I was able to find an item that I had recently purchased that still had stock available and I was able to get to the listing and add an item to my cart, so it is definitely possible to do so with the app.
