I had a customer order of bolt from me. Due to extreme weather it was misplaced. Found it the next day. Customer said I could cancel but I used the wrong reason as out of stock.
I found the part customer reordered and the transaction was completed..
eBay still gave me a defect. I was told nobody was available to make a decision but I got an immediate email stating they denied it..
Can this be reviewed? Customer got his merchandise eBay got their money. I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay an additional 5% on every transaction over one mistake in inventory
