Hi all,
I messed up. I sold my first sports card on eBay with a value over $100. Recently returning to the hobby, I was unaware of eBay's authenticity and I directly shipped to the buyer via Registered Mail in Canada. Upon providing tracking information to the buyer when I got home, I noticed eBay authenticity and went down that rabbit hole.
Now I'm seriously stressed out. The cards been shipped directly to the buyer and tracking has been provided, buy my funds are on hold until eBay receives the card. I can't figure out how to directly contact any form of customer support other than the "assistant" automated chat (which lacks any form of help). I've tried to deep dive Reddit and other pages with no avail.
Note this is all in Canada. Can anybody provide any advice? TIA.
