What happens if you receive an item that is not authentic, and the seller does not accept returns?

After a pickup sale, eBay has “arrange pickup” in app as the next step and when clicked on it says scan buyers QR code. I know what a QR code is but have no idea where I’m supposed to find a Buyers QR code to scan to arrange pickup.

Ebay needs a specialists that knows cards. I have been collecting since the 60's I know what is trasde marked and licensed. Their help seems to skip over items and customers are getting riped off.
