Return with buyer paying shipping

My buyer changed their mind, but since the item was in good condition and as described, I agreed to the return with the condition that the buyer pays the shipping costs.  When I accepted the return, it says I have to provide a shipping label or it will automatically send the buyer one and deduct it from my account.  What do I do?

That listing stated no returns.  However, if you do accept the return, then the buyer pays for the return shipping.  When you accept the return, ebay sends the buyer a link to print a return shipping label, and the buyer should be charged for the return shipping cost.
