Hi all, a customer recently purchased three LightSlim devices from me and paid for shipping however I discovered that one of them was not working perfectly so I refunded their money including what they paid for shipping. Then I sent her the two that I had which worked perfect for free and I paid for the shipping.
And this person still gave me negative feedback? She Got two of them for free!

Did you contact the seller to explain what happened? If so, maybe she will be willing to revise the feedback.
