There is no way to get any help or contact ebay. Never seen any callback feature in over 20 years of using ebay. Ebay has no customer service  - Only community volunteers being used by ebay instead of paying staff to provide customer service. All help is a guessing game and a quora search. Resorting to social media for customer service is absurd.

I've been an eBay member for over 18 years and during all of the time, eBay has certainly a way to contact customer service for help.

At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
