When ebay removes a listing, they send a message explaining why. If you do not understand the reason, you can copy/paste the text of that message into a reply here, and I'm sure someone will be able to explain further.
You must have missed the warning about giving out email contact info on these community bards.
I do see that you have had several listings for the same wheelchairs. It looks like you double listed them which is against policy to list the same item in multiple active listings. Perhaps that is why one was removed.
