You lose your seller protection if you ship to an address other than the one that came through with the buyer's payment. You can cancel the transaction and instruct the buyer to repurchase the item, selecting or adding the correct address at checkout.

@maxinesdad   You will have to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address.  Refund the buyer.  Then they put in the correct address at checkout.

Inform the buyer per eBay policy you are required to ship to the address on the sales record so you have tracking proof of delivery and can not change the address.

Cancel the transaction due to Problem with Buyer's address.  Relist and have the buyer repurchase it and this time he needs to enter his sister's shipping address during eBay checkout.
