how to appeal a case

I am trying to appeal a case for a return but dont know where to find the appeal form.  e bay has denied my request for a return due to it being shipped to the wrong person, therefore I want to have them return it.  Where do I go to appeal their decision to NOT allow me to receive a return label?

Your post is confusing.  You state you want to return something but you also state the item was delivered to the wrong person.  Your eBay Money back Guarantee applies to delivery of an item that is not described accurately or that you did not receive which has no tracking showing delivered.  Clarify so we can help you.
