3 times now I have tried to cancel an order for a customer, and it gets harder each time and still ineffective. Now I am told to go to myeBay and click on accounts tab, WHICH ISNT THERE, then seller hub and credits. The new page is too big for my screen and I CAN'T FIND STUFF ANYMORE. EBay is ruined for me and keeps proving that. They are in love with metrics and not with functionality.

You Should be able to cancel the transaction from your list of sold orders, using the pull down menu next to the order. When was the order? If the buyer hasn't paid, you have to wait 4 full days, then cancel on day 5.
What device are you using? If a laptop, or desktop, you can resize the window to fit your screen - hover over any corner, click and drag to the desired size.
