My item sold on the 7/11/21 and my payment is still on hold today 3/12/21 this can’t be right, I have had no return of my item and payment is still on hold.
when will I receive payment or my item back.
I cannot phone eBay it says it’s closed even though it’s 10am if you use the automated service it’s useless and you get the run around using the various help sections.
all I want to know is when will my payment be released or my item returned, it’s nearly one month and I can’t get an answer.
this sale has driven me mad not knowing anything because of a lack of information from eBay or there unhelpful help sites so I’m not selling again, once I finally get paid.
