I tried listing a superchips flashpaq 3865 programmer. It's a device that can be legally purchased and used on vehicles, but ebay stops me from posting the listing because it "could be used to defeat, bypass or shut down the emissions controls in a motor vehicle." There's hundreds of programmers listed - what am I doing wrong?
