I have a Buyer in Poland who purchased a plate from me.
He requested an invoice from me, which, of course, I cannot send.
He says no payment option is visible on eBay's invoice.
He says this has happened before when he bid using the mobile app.
He has requested I end the sale--relist and sell to him at his purchase price. He would use his computer rather than the mobile app.
I guess this would work, but it seems awfully tricky to me.
If I relist with a Buy It Now at his price, we would have to coordinate times at the computer (between Poland and Illinois!), and he would have to get it purchased quickly before someone else jumps in. Hmmm.
But to just end the sale and relist is unfair to him.
I am at a loss as to what to do. In the past my few international sales have gone smoothly.
Any insight?
