I'm wondering why there is no way to email ebay with a complaint...I smell a scam !!!

Ebay Customer Service does not have email capability and they do not have a direct phone number.

Use the link below, and you can request a call back from Ebay by clicking “Chat with our automated assistant” on the left side of the page. Then type "AGENT" at the bottom in the chat box. You will see an option to request a call back or chat with a CS rep.
