Are you trying to figure out how to get back above standard? You need to determine how many additional items you need to sell to get your defect rate below 2%. Look at the monthly breakdown on your dashboard to do the math.
You have a store, so you can use the marketing tools. A buy one get one x% off is a good way to increase the number of items sold. If you don't have items that would be good BOGO candidates, find a small inexpensive items that you can buy and sell a bunch of quickly, even if at a loss.
