how to change payment status on order

payment received was clicked  and payment was not received. Can't find button to change it.

You cannot change the status of a payment, because that is filled in by ebay. What did they change it from?  Was it showing Cleared/Received then changed?

  It could be that the buyer's payment method rejected the payment for some reason or because the buyer asked them to.
