email address in personal info

Trying to change my email over to a gmail account I have, and Ebay says email already exists. How is this possible? I have had the gmail account for 10 yrs

Printing mailing label error.

All of a sudden today, eBay is not allowing me to print mailing label, neither of my two computers or two different browsers work. eBay's Error message is 'Something went wrong., try later'

Is Bulk Shippin down?

I Bulk Shipping down? I keep getting "Sorry, we couldn't find a delivery service for this order.Error getting quotes from server.Retry" When trying to enter the info for my shipping labels.

I cant generate a shipping label. It just times out and says oops, something went wrong.
