coach handbag pulled as fake, have letter of authenticity

I have had a coach handbag listed for a couple of months. I went in and lowered the price. Next thing I see is I have had my listing pulled for being a fake. I have a certificate of authenticity. How do I get it put back on with ebay's blessing?

Ebay Authenticator mixed items up
