I received 2 of the same item. I declined delivery of one of them. I started a return and now I keep getting notices to return item and provide tracking but Amazon took item back with them when I declined. What do I do?

I am new to eBay. When I listed my first few items, the button to “Promote” item was present before I hit the list item button. Now the “Promote” button is not present. - Anyone know what is going on with this?
